Polished marble floors, marble pillars, a sweeping grand staircase, and dramatic 20-foot ceilings establish the home's elegant atmosphere, while a baby grand piano adds another distinctive touch.
The expansive main living area features two separate seating arrangements, a large wall-mounted flat-screen television, and beautiful views overlooking the infinity pool and lake.

The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. It is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool only when optional pool heat is added.

Star Wars fans will love the mansion's themed bedroom, which combines imaginative décor with dedicated gaming entertainment.
This spacious bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, creating a fun sleeping arrangement for younger guests and groups.
A dual arcade gaming system offers more than 700 games, while an Xbox 360 provides another entertainment option. Xbox games are not provided.
With its own ensuite bathroom, this themed room offers both entertainment and convenience.

One downstairs king suite features an elegant four-poster bed, separate sitting and dining area, whirlpool tub, and custom walk-through shower.
Another distinctive bedroom, known as The Chill Room, features an elevated king bed beneath a starlight ceiling, along with a large television, surround sound, and comfortable leather couch.
Upstairs, four additional bedroom suites provide spacious accommodations, including a king suite with a private balcony overlooking the lake and pool.
Another upstairs suite features two queen beds and access to the main upper balcony.
