We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious and fully stocked. It is close to shopping, grocery stores and of course Disney World. We really enjoyed the private pool (pool heating is a must) and the games rooms was such a bonus for our kids. It is a great property for families!
My family loved this place the most on our vacation and we stayed at the Art of Animation suites and the Hardrock hotel. Both places were great but this place was just beyond amazing. The Championsgate area is very nice and the house is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and Highway 4. Also, let me say that I am seriously picky and this place was perfect. My 3 year old didn't want to leave. He said it was his new home. LOL. The boys loved playing pirate in the pirate bedroom which was beyond amazing. The whole house made me want to redecorate my own home because it was so beautiful. Every detail was perfect. The pool area was amazing, including a shark shower! Seriously, that is cool. The entertainment equipment: smart tvs, stereo (outside and inside), Blu-ray dvds, loads of games, 3d player. I have never been somewhere so well stocked. I would love to make this the place my family stays everytime we go to Disney. I can't say enough nice things about this rental. Thank you for making my family's first family vacation the best!

My family and I stayed at your beautiful home the week of Dec 3 - 10. We felt just like being at home as it suited our lifestyle and needs perfectly. The home was immaculate when we arrived. We are a family of 5 down for 5 days. We had never stayed here before so were quite unsure of what to expect but the place worked out perfectly for us. The place was exactly as advertised; there were were no surprises which made the entire stay quite simple and relaxing. The place was nice and clean, spacious and comfortable and met all of our expectations. The pool was a very nice amenity for downtime at the place. Communication with the owner was simple, brief but complete and without hassle. We really enjoyed the stay and would easily stay there again if we were in Orlando for an extended stay.

We stayed at this great villa for 2 weeks in October 2016. We were a party of 8 with 4 adults and 4 children. The villa was very clean and very spacious with loads of room for all of us. The bedrooms are all lovely and the children especially liked the themed bedrooms. The pool area and pool itself is fantastic and quite big so again there was plenty of room for all of us. It is also very private and not overlooked at all. The spa was a welcome treat after very busy days at the parks. The villa is in a brilliant location very close to the Disney parks and close to a good supermarket. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to stay at Pooh's Hunny Pot Villa again and would definitely recommend it to anybody.
This was the perfect house for my family and I. It has lots of space for our grand daughters to play and the adults to chat and have fun. The house was close to all the theme parks and other amenities of Florida. The house was clean and well equipped with all the essentials you need. This is the perfect place for a family vacation. I will definitely be back.

This was a great property. The bedrooms were nice and the central den/kitchen/dining set up worked great for the family hanging out after a long day at the nearby parks. We had a great time at this house, we had the pool heated and it was perfect for this time of year! The kids stayed in the pool every waking min. that we were there. The house has plenty of room and is in a great spot with a grocery store and lots of places to eat very close by. We're 5 old golfing guys from the "Great White North!"...Canada. Shane & Heather were excellent to deal with for our rental! Quick and easy booking process, with confirmations at each step! The house perfectly suited our wants and needs!...especially the hot tub after golf! Publix was a 2 minute drive from the complex...with all the essentials!...beer AND wine! Also a liquor store in the same plaza...doesn't get any better! Check out the listing and you'll see why we enjoyed it completely! Reunion Resort is a great gated community and we played each of the 3 courses on site!...all very good and reasonable!
You know how when you see something on the internet too good to be true? Well, we rented this place for our family of twelve and were blown away by it. The pictures you provide show it as it is. The home was beautiful, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having pinball tournaments in the garage, watching movies in the media room and sharing breakfast together before heading to Universal and Disney. At the end of a long day we could retire to our bedrooms, most equipped with your own private bathroom and all had their own television. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable that we had ever slept on, which refreshed us well for our next day of adventures. The pool area was very welcoming on the days we rested. The place provided most of the essentials that were needed. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and some day hope to visit ourselves again.

The house was amazing. Very comfortably decorated, so much so I am going to buy the same sofas for my home. It was convenient to everything. We had a lot going on with a lot of people in and out and the management was very accommodating to us. We appreciated that very much.

This is maybe hands the best place I've ever stayed. EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOME WAS PERFECT. We spent five nights there for our kids birthday, the home is beautiful, exactly how you seen it on the pictures, but 100 percent more beautiful in person, my wife, kids, mom, dad, nephew, niece, brother and sister-n-law, all loved it, they loved their rooms the eating area, both personal and resort pool. This townhouse was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved that the loft area had its own couch and Tv so the kids could hang out upstairs while the adults could be downstairs. The pool in the back was nice and the kids loved the lazy river. I will definitely book this home again on my next trip!

This property was amazing! We went on a vacation with another family and we all had more than enough room. The entire home was perfect for our 4 day vacation and the added amenities were the icing on the cake. Although we visited many of the amusement parks in Orlando, some of our favorite moments were spent at this house. I would definitely come back!
What a lovely villa; modern, spacious and with a quiet and private pool area. We have stayed in many villas in Orlando but this will be the first we are returning to - we've already booked for next year. I would definitely recommend it. Solterra is a pleasant, quiet resort close to Champion's Gate and with easy access to the I4.
This house was perfect! We have 16 in our family and the space was great!! Each person had their own space! Plenty of room for all the kids to play! The pool was so great for all the kids! Layout was wonderful! Very clean and very nice decorations!!! We totally would stay there again!!!!
This is the best house that we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot. It is clean, big, lovely pool, and great with the bigger pool when you are traveling with 4 boys. The place was very clean, all of the appliances were nice and worked properly, the beds were comfortable, bedrooms spacious, and one of the closer homes to the beach access. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. This house is right next door to the pool. We hope to return!
Just returned from a fortnight stay at 222 nottingham way and it has been delightful. As others have mentioned the location is ideal with a supermarket and restaurants very close and then 15 mins drive to Walt Disney World and 25 mins to Universal Studios. The villa was stunning and decorated well with plenty of space for 10 peoples, very nice area we enjoyed it.
When we walked in to the condo it felt like we were walking into a modal home. The place is beautiful, well kept and very very clean; the furnishings were high end as well. The layout worked so well for our family; upstairs is a spacious Master bedroom with a large on suite bathroom and walk in closet, Washer & Dryer in the hall closet, next to the linen closet.. Across the hall from the Master was a room with two twin beds, perfect for kids, which also has it's own bathroom with tub and TV. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom, Queen size bed and it's own bathroom as well. We would stay here again, the management company was easy to work with and kept us well informed of what to expect.
What a wonderful house and wonderful service from Annette & Mark at vacationsbythemouse. Despite the best efforts of Hurricane Matthew and a somewhat problematic fire/intruder alarm system we had a wonderful time at this villa and cannot wait to return. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has everything you could wish for with many little bits of attention to detail (although we did go out and buy some mugs for tea/coffee since we found it a little strange trying to drink from a glass jar - probably just a Brit thing!). I'm sure we tested the patience of saints with our many calls about the alarms going off, but Mark and Annette responded really quickly each time and we even had some phone calls from the owner Laura to check on our wellbeing during the hurricane. What a grwat experience, if you are thinking of going here, then just book it (but leave a slot or two for us to come back!!).
What a wonderful house. It is decorated to the highest quality and has every amenity you could wish for. We went there with family and friends (9 in total) for our 30th Anniversary Vow renewal and it was the perfect choice (with space to spare and get lost in! The owners Laura and her partner and the management company at www.vacationsbythemouse (Annette and Mark) were all brilliant and put up with our many emails and telephone calls asking silly questions. If you are looking to book a fabulous home for your holiday, then don't hesitate. We have stayed in many over the past ten years and this beats the rest hands down. As they say, you get what you pay for! Even if there were just the two of us, I would still want this house every time now :).
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home! The place was huge, clean, and inviting. The pool was divine and the access to the clubhouse pool was fantastic! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any messages we sent them. We will definitely be back!
Our family of 13 stayed here while vacationing for a few days near Disney. The home was absolutely beautiful! The children wanted to stay at home for two of the days instead of visiting another park ! We couldn't have asked for anything more to make our vacation home better.
We had a wonderful time in this fantastic house! The pool and outdoor kitchen were the highlight of the house. The game room was great, there were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. The management was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly and came out each time we needed something (minor things like a lesson on the AC system and a smoke detector battery replaced. The development is about 25 mins from Disney, 35 mins from Legoland and 90 mins from beautiful beaches on each coast. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house very tastefully decorated! Would highly recommend this vrbo!
This vacation home was AMAZING!!! My family and I enjoyed how spacious and clean this house was. Everything about this house made our vacation perfect. Nobody wanted to leave! Disney world wasn't too far from us, and we were close enough to stores. The personal pool was a definite winner as well. We stayed in the home for 7 days!!! I hated to leave!!! Loved every bit of it! Not only was it decorated beautifully but it had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained!!! So incredibly close to all of the attractions (and amenities) but far enough away from all the traffic and chaos of the attractions!!!! We can see ourselves returning to this home in the years to come!!! We brought our adult children...it was perfect. Everyone had their own room, bathroom and space. We enjoyed the 'game room' many evenings!!! The pool was so peaceful and the spa was great to soak in, during the evening, after walking around all day!!!! A positive experience all the way around!!!! LOVE this house!!! Looking forward to returning again in the future!!!! A+++++ from us!!!!
The location of this house allows for a very relaxing vacation. It is far enough from a main road so that it is peacefully quiet and yet just a short walk to the beach. I found the beach here nicer than Panama City Beach or Destin. However, if you want to visit those locations, it is only a short drive, so again this house's location is just right. The inside of the house was very clean and not overly decorated like some places tend to be. Very relaxing! I highly recommend staying here. I will be returning myself next beach vacation. The area is also very bike friendly and you can pedal to a number of shops and restaurants. There is even one place with a huge outdoor theater that plays movies or has local bands and a great barbeque place.
We were fortunate enough to find a perfect location and awesome home for a short stay in the Orlando area to watch our son's High School Football game. We came from Colorado and this property met every need. It was clean and beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend this property and the owner and management company to anyone who is looking for a wonderful home in a great community.

This was a great property! It is even nicer than the pictures. Tons of room for the 7 of us. The house was immaculate and close to all the attractions. 20 mins from Disney & the airport. There is even a Walmart Neighborhood Market less than a mile away for all of your grocery shopping. Lots of restaurants close by. We had a great dinner at the Bonefish Grill one night. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

I feel we got an amazing place stay for a low price considering the size of the house and how close it is to WDW and Legoland! We really enjoyed the gameroom also - everything was perfect!

The house was beautiful, clean & perfect for our family! A short walk to the beach and not far from Rosemary or Seaside. It is such a peaceful & serene neighborhood. The house is decorated beautifully & a nice sized kitchen with everything you'd need for a yummy meal. We had an amazing time here & are sad to go.

We traveled to Disney for the first time with both sets of grandparents (total of 9). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's exactly as described and photographed; very spacious, open, clean, beautifully furnished, everyone had their own private bedroom and bathrooms. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. I would not hesitate to rent it again!
We visit Florida twice a year and have done for 10 years, each time staying somewhere different but this time we have found an absolute gem!! Everything is perfect, the décor is second to none, the attention to detail is very evident in every corner of the house, the themed pirate room is 6 Star, and just takes your breath away. The nautical pool/area is simply amazing with extraordinary features . The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every gadget imaginable with superb lighting. The on site facilities at festival are excellent, the pool, waterpark, mini golf, ice cream parlour, restaurant, gym and playroom, all of which we used with great delight. I don't want to put too much information as it will spoil it for you (you need to stay here and experience it). I spend months browsing villas (my addiction) on line and am extremely fussy. I have to admit when I arrived at the villa I was looking to find fault, impossible!! It is a dream to stay in and exceeded our expectations. We will return to this stunning villa (a first for us to return to the same villa), the only issue I have is that this villa will become a sought after rental and I predict it will be very difficult to get a booking. The owner has perfected every inch of this luxurious villa, it exudes quality throughout and made our stay a truly memorable one. Thank you for the magical memories. Sorry I forgot to mention the LOCATION - again perfect!

This was our first home rental. We usually stay at Disney hotels but we decided to try something different this year. Our trip and stay at this property was so fantastic that we will be doing this more often. The home was clean and in such a convenient location! Our kids loved the pool and it was the highlight of their trip. We return to Florida yearly, and we will always check to see if this property is available when we book. The best property by far. My friends, the children and my family enjoyed the property. The decor was amazing. The beds slept comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. I definitely will be back. We loved this home, we had 2 families in our group so we were able to spread out in the house and still have room to enjoy it. The pool was amazing and beautifully maintained. The 2 master bedrooms, one up and one down were perfect for us. Upstairs loft worked out great for the kids to chill and relax after long day at parks. Stores nearby for anything we needed just be aware the Publix closes at 10pm so if you leave the parks late like most of us they will not be open on way home but we made it work and went the next morning. Would definitely be renting here again, luxury was an understatement. We rented a bbq as well and cooked some meals at the house on our non park days.
I am used to 5 star resorts and you won't be disappointed here. We had two families enjoy our time in this beautiful 7 Bedroom Gated Pool Home at The Watersong Resort. The interior was professionally decorated and the owners thought of everything including converting the garage into a game room for the kids. You wont be disappointed with this vacation rental as the owners thought of every detail to assure that you have a lovely time. The home was clean and well maintained and close to all attractions. We will be coming back and defiantly recommending this property to our family and friends.

Stayed in this lovely "pirate house" for almost 3 weeks in July 2016. It really was home from home with amazing furnishings and decoration. Just 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom and the chance to escape the madness in the lovely Champions Gate area. It has everything for everyone - TVs, games, great music system, comfortable beds and amazing pillows ! We loved sitting out by the pool late evening for our chill out time. The communal swimming pool was beautiful and very quiet as its a new resort. The bar/ice cream parlour and General store are great to have on site although currently only open 4 days a week until 7pm but other restaurants and amenities close by at Champions Gate. Cannot recommend this lovely house highly enough
I really liked the property. The property manager always answered my phone calls and was really helpful every time I called. We used the property amenities. The kids love the Waterpark and the pizza at the clubhouse. I will really recommend this place for my next vacation.

Rented a car at the airport - drove to Solterra resort.Easy to find. Beautifully decorated home with everything you need . Short drive to shopping center. 20 minutes to Walt Disney World. Club house great. Everything was perfect.
My family and I spent the most fabulous week at the Reunion Resort property at 330 Murifield Loop! Our stay was during the week of July 4th 2016 and from our vantage point we were able to witness the fireworks display put on by Reunion Resort and that of Walt Disney World (a 10 minute drive away) from the comforts of this property! We were a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and the home housed all of us comfortably. There was enough space for each individual person to have a quiet place of their own and not even realize there was anyone else in the home with them. But this was no time for solitude, we were on summer vacation and this home was the perfect place for entertaining. The outdoor pool deck was the perfect spot for the family to cool off following those hot days at Disney and Universal! And we even took one day for the 2 hour drive over to Clearwater Beach in Tampa. It was in the perfect place for everything in central Florida and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away for a week and enjoy the Florida sun and everything Walt Disney World has to offer.

The neighborhood was wonderful. Everyone had a wonderful time. So if you are planning a vacation to the area, this is the place to stay.
We spent a wonderful week with our daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter of 7 months. The location is perfect close to the ocean, pool and only a short drive to many great restaurants. The cottage is decorated in a perfect beach theme.and was very comfortable for our stay. The Bay was the best restaurant as was the Red Bar. Thanks for a beautiful trip. Would love to visit again and would definitely recommend to our friends.
We have a blended family with 6 kids ranging in age from 13 to 19. We used the den as a bedroom so we had 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths for our group. There was plenty of space and since the property is new, everything was in perfect condition. The guest areas for use within the community were very nice. We used both pools and spent much of our time there. There was an outside and an inside bar. We also played volleyball while we were there. Overall this property was a great value. If we are in the Orlando area again we would certainly consider a repeat visit.
This is a beautiful vacation property! We were a party of 14 and there were PLENTY of space for all of us. We didn't feel like we were running into each other at all. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much! All the decor was perfect and beds were super comfy, especially after long days at Magic Kingdom and the beach. It was in an ideal location because we were away from the busy city but close enough to get to the attractions in a quick amount of time. We would definitely come back!
We stayed here June 2-9 of 2016. This home was used by my wife and I plus our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. The grandkids ranged in age from 1 to 17. Everyone had plenty of room for sleeping and spreading out to watch TV, etc if they chose to do so. The game room was a big hit but the pool and outdoor grill was the centerpiece of the vacation. Each family would leave in the AM to go do something during the day such as WDW, the Beach, etc then we would all meet back at the home in the evening and grill our dinner while socializing around the pool. Everyone had a blast. The home had some nice amenities that helped us avoid a few expenses such as extra pool towels. Highly recommend this location. We had zero issues during our stay. Everything was clean and beautiful.

This home fit its description! It was perfect for us. We had six people in our party and we had more than enough space. We rented this home for our Disney vacation and found that it was a quick and easy drive to get there every day. We prefer to come back in the evenings for dinner and found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking our meals. We were also able to get a good nights sleep and rest up for a busy day at the parks because we found the beds very comfortable. Emerald Island is close to grocery stores and restaurants.
We arrived on May 14, 2016 and stayed for a week. We have 8 kids, three of which are married, and 4 grandkids. So there was a total of 17 people. The house was exactly as promised and met our needs. The house was clean and in great condition. The pool was clean and the safety of the pool area was 100%. The house was approximately 20 minutes from the parks and allowed us back and forth for naps with ease. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I have recommended this property to my friends and family. Another huge benefit was the Oasis pool club. Very reasonable!!! Thank you!!!
My family and I stayed at this home in Serenity Resort recently and absolutely loved it! The home is clean, bright and well maintained. The home is located just a short walk to the Clubhouse though we enjoyed the privacy of having our own pool. This home is well equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again!!
Our immediate and extended family gathered to celebrate the graduation of my niece from University of Central Florida. This home offered something for every age group ... The mature adults enjoyed the spa. The young kids loved the pool. The teens lived in the theater... Every night was movie night. Preparing meals in the very well stocked kitchen was a breeze. Everyone was exceptionally pleased with the comfort of their beds and the number of bathrooms that made showering simultaneously very easy was much appreciated... The general consensus was that no one wants to stay at a hotel anymore when such convenient comfort is so readily available... Did I neglect to say we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay?
This home was fantastic !!! We had a family getaway of 10 people...6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room to move about and never felt crowded....the house is outfitted really well and the beds are really comfortable.....We all enjoyed having a private pool in the back yard...and it was so nice not to worry about insects while you are sitting outside..... This location is a short drive (25 minutes) from Disney which was great....Champions Gate is a master planned neighborhood with lots of amenities...our family really enjoyed the Oasis pool and the lazy river...in addition they have a restaurant and bar service at the pool.....to our surprise it was reasonably priced too!! At the pool you have the option to rent a private Veranda if you wish..... This is a destination that will make you think twice about going to other places while you are staying there !!! We will definitely go back
We had a wonderful stay here last week. The house is about 15-20 minutes from the Disney/Universal attractions, but that was just fine for us. It was nice to have room to spread out and relax. We took advantage of the volleyball court that was very near to the house, and wished we would have brought our tennis gear, as the courts are essentially in the back yard. We were so busy that we really didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, however it was very pretty and very clean. Overall, it was a terrific value and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and made for a great week with the in-laws. 15-20 minute ride to Disney, longer to Universal and the airport. Owners were very easy to communicate with prior to the trip which was great for me since I am a first time user of Home Away. If we ever decide to face the craziness of Disney again with a large group, I would look to rent this house.
The condo was perfect for our week in Orlando with our grandson. The king size bed in the master was comfortable and it was great to have an adjoining bath. There were two separate living room areas that would be great for allowing a "kids" area and an adult area. We also appreciated the laundry room and were able to come home and put clean clothes away instead of having to wash everything after we got home. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the basics needed to cook and eat. was nice with plenty of restaraunts and a grocery store right next door. Easy access to the highway and close to all the major attractions! Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area!
Corner unit with great views of Gulf and Pier Park. Close to everything. Convenient parking, fast elevators, and comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
We were truly amazed how beautiful this house was, it was perfect for our family of 14 people. The rooms were spacious and inviting, the house had every amenity you could have imagined to make your stay very comfortable and relaxing. The house was a short distance to Disney which was very convenient, close to stores and the Oasis Club was beautiful and the staff made you feel right at home. We absolutely loved this house and look forward to going back again. Truly a beautiful house which made for a wonderful family vacation ~ we didn't want to leave!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family (which includes 3 little ones). The home looks exactly like the pictures. The interior and exterior of the property was very well maintained. The home had great furnishings and nice decor. The location was ideal - very close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, and local restaurants. I plan to rent this property again next year and will definitely recommend to others that plan to visit the area.
What a great week in Florida. My wife and myself spent a week in Florida with our 2 children and 8 other family members. The house was perfect for our large family as everyone was able to get their own space when they needed it. Great location within 20 minutes of Disney and 30 minutes of the heart of the Orlando entertainment area. We would certainly come back again especially with the price being so great. We did use the Oasis club in the community which was great. Also be sure to rent one of the air conditioned cabanas. They are equipped with a small fridge, private bath and shower as well as a couch with a TV to relax. We cannot wait for our next trip in a couple of years.

This was my second year booking with Vacation By The Mouse. Initially I booked a property in the Champions Gate community. I was notified that the property I booked was recently sold and was no longer available for rental. There was an alternative property available at Windsor at Westside that was big enough to hold our large party. Initially I was concerned since it was not the original house, original location and was missing a few key amenities that were important to us when booking. Let me say boy was I wrong. The property at Windsor at Westside was all that we were hoping for and more! Nice decor, perfect location and it had more than enough space to fit our large group. Shane and Heather made the somewhat stressful process as easy as possible. I cannot wait to book my next trip to Florida and use Vacation By The Mouse. They are highly recommended.

Vi bodde her 2 uker i slutten av april. Huset sto virkelig til forventningene! Rent, ryddig, moderne hus med alle fasisliteter man kunne trenge. Flotte store soverom med tilh�rende bad, store oppholdsrom og kj�kken og et fantastisk uteomr�de. Omr�det huset l� i fikk vi inntrykk av var veldig trygt og var et hyggelig nabolag. Kort avstand til det man trengte(i amerikansk m�lestokk, alt er jo st�rre og bil brukes til alt) Ca 15 min til Disney, 7 min til Super Target, 20-30 min til Florida mall osv) Huseier var ogs� veldig behjelpelig med tips, og fulgte oss veldig godt opp i forkant av leien. Vi skal tilbake til Orlando, og da skal vi leie akkurat dette huset igjen :):):) We stayed in this home two weeks in April. The house was really to expectations! Clean, neat, modern house with all equipment you could need. Nice big bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large living room and kitchen and a fantastic outdoor area. The area is very quiet and safe and has a nice neighborhood. It is short distance to all attractions (in American terms, it's all bigger and car is used for everything) About 15 min to Disney, 7 min to Super Target, 20-30 min to Florida mall etc.) The landlord was also very helpful with tips and accompanied us very well in advance of the rental. We're going back to Orlando, and we want to rent just this house again :) :) :)

The place was very clean. We loved the open floor plan. Very spacious. My children loved the pool. 20 mins from Disney but longer drive to airport and Universal Studios.
The pictures do not do this home justice-it is just beautiful! We loved how the home had ample space for everyone and the beds slept wonderfully! The home was well maintained. We loved the location as well--very convenient. There was a Publix, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Subway nearby. We did not have to fight traffic at all to get to the parks. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the screen room. Also, Heather and Shane were a pleasure to work with-very fast response time to any question asked. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.
We were blown away with how beautiful this property was, along with its surroundings. You literally could get lost with the amount of rooms that are in the house. The pool in the backyard is perfect, while the pools as part of Champions Gate are within walking distance and are also fantastic. The next time we are in Orlando, we will undoubtedly try and reserve this house. Amazing!

We loved this property. Plenty of space and the pool and game room made everyone happy as there were no bored kids when we were at the house. The house itself was beautiful and in a quiet area where we could relax after a long day. Everything was perfect! House exactly as photographed. Inside a gated community of holiday rental houses. Our party of six never felt crowded. Beds were very comfortable. House features and amenities plentiful. Had a terrific 5 night stay. Definitely do recommend this property for large or small groups.

This home was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bathroom that lead into a bedroom. The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. Its exactly like the pictures. My family was very surprised when they walked through the doors. When we return to Disney we will definely rent again.
Enjoyed our stay at your Orlando, Florida villa in March of this year. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We liked the location, which we felt was away from the congestion and yet close enough to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend to family and friends.

Spent a week at this location with my wife and daughter. We loved it. The House: Amazingly clean upon arrival and in great condition. Separation of living area (upstairs) and bedrooms (downstairs) ideal, and numerous outdoor porches for getting outside. Location: House is next to the community pool, which was great for accessibility (we didn't have to walk forever to get there). Although pool was used daily, the trees between the house and pool provide sufficient privacy (we didn't feel like we were AT the pool all day). House is also a three-minute walk to the beach; if you're feeling more frisky, you can also walk/bike to nearby Alys Beach, which is developing quickly. We were close enough to the beach that we didn't mind the non-oceanfront/view location. Parking for two cars -- if you have more, then you can contact management for alternate options. Community: This is a community of comparably-sized homes, many of which are rentals. Community was very quiet and away from the traffic/noise of busy 30A. Overall this was a great rental at a great price. We had no issues while we were there, and the rental process was very easy. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Although we did not really cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The setup of the house was perfect for our family. We were all able to sleep on the same level of the house, which was very convenient. We spent some time poolside. The kids loved swimming and we loved the comfortable patio furniture. The surrounding community is beautiful and not as hectic as other areas we have stayed in the past, yet still within a reasonable driving distance to the Disney parks. Communication with the owner was very prompt and professional. We would definitely return to this property.
I really enjoyed the home. There was a total of 7 for my fiance's surprise but we all enjoyed ourselves. We are glad that we were able to park inside the garage. It came in very handy. We did not utilize all the rooms, but the price was right. I love the new area and it was very close to US Hwy 192 and shopping, fast food and restaurants. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We stayed in Solterra for a week in September. 2015.The house was extremely clean. I am a Nurse and cleanliness is very important. The property exceeded my expectations. The community is very nice, quiet, and safe. We will be using this company for all of our orlando travel. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
